There is a festival that takes place each year in Healdsburg called ‘Pigs and Pinot.’ This festival proves the age-old adage that there are very few things in this life better than the succulent, fatty wonders of the pig, and the sensual depths of Pinot’s velvety vernacular. Together they represent two of our favorite things, and we aim to show you four different ways in which they capture the imaginations of culinary adventurers and lifelong winos alike. Pigs. Pinot.
