Illustrious denizen's of the once innocent Flight Club at Glasspar, we invite you to take part in an evening of mystery and intrigue. A MURDERER IS AFOOT. And you have been summarily called upon to help solve this dastardly crime. Four courses devilishly paired with four wines interlaced with clues that will eventually lead to the identity of the coastal killer. Dana Point...once a sleepy, seaside town...now the scene of the tastiest dishes, the juiciest wines...and the bloodiest plots. Be prepared to be grilled upon your whereabouts and to eat grilled food while you are grilled upon your whereabouts. Guess the correct killer and you will be rewarded with free wine and an honorary badge from the Dana Point PD. OR maybe it was you all along? MURDER. MYSTERY. MAYHEM. MADNESS

Welcome to the long awaited Oyster Flight Club, where the whip-smart Chef Rob and his team of oceanic-inclined somms will pair four different oyster creations of the world with four classic pairings that are sure to entice. We'll dive deep on the lore of these bivalve mollusks and explain why these curious gems are so uniquely wonderful. We'd love to keep these secrets to ourselves....but that would be shellfish.

Please join us as we explore the wines of one of Santa Barbara's rising stars, Gretchen Voelcker, winemaker of Luna Hart Wines and Piazza Family Wines. Gretchen is part of the next generation of winemakers tasked with pushing the quality and diversity of wines coming from Santa Barbara. Working with vineyards covering multiple growing regions, she is able to show an incredible range of style and variety. Focused on organic farming practices and minimal intervention, she aims to capture a sense of place in all of her wines. We will taste some familiar and some not so familiar wines while taking a glimpse into the ever evolving region of Santa Barbara.
